YOU can't wipe the smile off Brad Geiger's face.

As of last Monday his band had three songs on Triple J's unearthed top 100.

"Underdog is at number five in the rock charts and number 13 overall," the Chasing the Jeffrey frontman said.

"Hollow Son is at 99, and Rock This Town at 87. This is huge. We are so pumped."

Geiger said the band had been flat out since the February launch of their album.

The lads have been spreading their music far and wide with a number of mini tours.

"We went down through the Bowen Basin to all the mining towns.

"We played a seven-hour gig the other night.

"Went down to Roma, Charleville, Longreach - gone through the bush.

"This weekend we are going down to Brisbane to play in the Valley and then to Port Macquarie. Hopefully then a show in Sydney," he said.

"Later in the year we are hoping to get to Melbourne, Hobart and Adelaide.

Geiger said breaking into the Triple J realm was hard.

"At this stage of our campaign we really need that exposure which can be really hard if you are not on a major label. It is priceless."

The band have released their second video clip Underdog which was filmed by director and producer Jason Millhouse, of Millhouse Productions, in Brisbane.

"The exciting part is that the camera team came to Mackay for the shoot so it was a very local affair.

"We are really proud of it.

"It is an insanely well-done clip with a lot of effects and camera tricks.

"There was a bit of stunt footage and extras - it was so much fun.

"We are scheduled for video three to be shot in three weeks and released in July; the next one will be track three: Hollow Son."

Geiger said the film clip made in Mackay at Lamberts Beach, featured local model and actress Bryony Atkins.

"She was amazing.

"We flew the camera crew up here from Brisbane.

"It was easier to bring the film crew to Mackay.

"So we had local scenery in it, which was cool."
