FOR all the best business reasons, the Noosa Cruise and Travel team led by Natalie Cherry has invested in a permanent commercial property only 100m from their former Gympie Tce shop and they are there for the long term.
Their new home is next to the Metal Tiger Tea Emporium and Grind coffee shop with the bonus of a sunny deck overlooking the river where clients can sit and browse through the latest travel deals.
The new location provides an enjoyable environment where clients talk over their travel ideas with one of the four well known, well travelled local consultants who pride themselves on giving exceptional service.
Natalie, who has 16 years travelling experience, ensures every staff member travels to as many unique destinations as possible.
Some recent trips have included Madagascar, Zambia, Galapagos Is, Reunion Is, the Maldives and Papua New Guinea.
As well as cruising, they can offer other modes of travel such as rail, coach touring and self-drive.
Natalie explained their nice new office does not mean they are expensive, in fact they can save clients money and offer value.
"We are a member of Travelscene American Express and we offer the same products as all the chains however our experience and knowledge makes us stand out from the rest," she said.
"We can also help those who arrange their travel online as we have access to more deals than are on the internet. We can hold rooms or flights and put waitlists in place (which cannot be done online), match or better your deal.
"There is no fee if clients pay with their American Express credit card and they can redeem their AMEX points towards the cost of their travel arrangements."
