IN JUST seven months, a Mooloolaba advertising agency has established itself as an industry leader for its unique approach to business.

Six Elements uses a creative business model to offer its clients a "team" approach to advertising.

Managing director Dom Ogun said each of the agency's seven team members had a unique skill set to manage particular sections of the client's campaign.

"We are an advertising agency who works outside the typical advertising module, offering our clients six stages of managing their account," Mr Ogun said.

"Our team have adapted their skill sets to open communication channels with our clients and offer a group approach to their campaigns. By utilising many fantastic thinking people for one campaign, it has truly made us a real player in the international advertising market."

The team members each specialise in separate portfolios, including brand positioning, concept development, design and copywriting, tvc and print production, media strategies and digital marketing.

"We always talk as a unit, because in the end we are part of a service industry and we can't function without each other," Mr Ogun said.

"It also means that we can provide our clients with a better return for their investment because they are receiving a comprehensive module of marketing."

Pears Soap, Camp Maple Syrup and Tas Racing were among the agency's interstate clients.

Sunshine Coast businesses East Coast Car Rentals, Noosa Civic and The Pump House were also inspired by their campaign.

And despite many of Six Elements' clients being based interstate, Mr Ogun said the business was supporting the local economy.

"Every dollar we get from interstate employs people here," he said.

"We are growing every day and although everybody in the industry has felt a slump, things are starting to look promising again."
