Fletch has the key to fitness
ANITA Witt took up her first Fletch Fitness 12-week Body Transformation Challenge 12 months ago and she is not about to stop any time soon.
During that first Winter Challenge she lost 12kg and her fitness improved dramatically.
Anita admits it was a bit hard at first - she had not exercised for a long time and was several dress sizes heavier - but it soon became easier and now she enjoys pushing herself.
"I liked it because it was outside in the open field, or undercover if it was raining," she said.
"I never lasted at a gym because it was all repetition, but basically I never knew what Fletch was going to do today, so I was not bored and I liked that.
"We did cardio and weights, and a lot of boxing. Fletch works to everyone's ability, not just to the people who are fittest.
"He sets a task and if you can't do it or you're starting out he will say 'do it this way'.
"He's a brilliant trainer and inspires you.
"He gives you a lot of motivation, so much so that my husband Toby (also a participant) who has been smoking for 25 years gave it up five months ago, through exercise."
The next 12-week Body Transformation Challenge starts on Monday, June 4.
