Curry holds free training session
MOST of Lisa Curry's clients are female, but she doesn't train girls.
She trains her clients to think like athletes.
The former Australian Olympic swimmer is planning on taking her fitness training on the internet this year.
She began her crusade at Point Cartwright yesterday morning where she filmed a tough workout with some first timers and old faces.
'Coach Curry' put the call out for a free training session at Point Cartwright on Facebook and Twitter late Tuesday night.
She was greeted by up to 15 smiling faces the next morning, including some who had travelled from Brisbane for the session with her.
They were treated to a gruelling hill, stair and beach session.
The session was filmed and photographed to be used on her upcoming website as part of her new personal training venture, set to launch in May.
"It's going to be showing all these techniques about how you can get fit in a short time," she said.
"A lot of people don't have time to exercise, so these are ways you can get efficient exercise in your day and get results.
"It will have an eating plan as well.
"My sessions are short, sharp, hard and fast.
"It's going to get you trim, taut and terrific the Lisa Curry way."
