THE heart-stopping moment a BASE jumper leaped off a building under construction in the Brisbane CBD has been captured on camera.
The footage, which appears to have been recorded from a camera attached to one jumper's head, was released by ABC News.
Two Sunshine Coast men, a Coast woman and a Deagon man were fined in Sandgate Magistrates Court earlier this month for the jump they made in July.
The four experienced BASE jumpers leaped from a the peak of a crane on high-rise building on the corner of Albert and Alice streets, and parachuted into Brisbane's botanic gardens.
They were fined $450 each over the matter, after pleading guilty to unregulated high-risk activity.
