Tides devastate turtle nests
WILD wind and king tides have claimed thousands of loggerhead turtle eggs at Mon Repos Conservation Park.
Queensland's central coastline was battered by a massive king tide after ex-Tropical Cyclone Olga moved south, dumping torrential rain and strong winds as it went. Photos by Chris Ison
