A 14-year-old boy will face a committal hearing on Tuesday over allegations he murdered a 12-year-old fellow student.
The teenager, who cannot be named, was arrested on February 15 after allegedly stabbing the fellow student in the grounds of St Patrick's College on Brisbane's northern bayside.
The boy was critically injured and treated by paramedics at the scene, but died soon after arriving at the Royal Children's Hospital.
The teenager remains in custody after failing in a bid to secure bail the day after his arrest.
He will appear in Brisbane Children's Court on Tuesday charged with one count of murder.
