Sunshine Coast Ladies Midweek Tennis Association is canvassing local female tennis players of all abilities to assess the feasibility of a new tennis competition on the Sunshine Coast, planned to start in 2011.

This new competition will not replace the current Wednesday format but provide an extra option for women’s competition tennis.

This competition will be designed to suit busy women who want to play competitive tennis but cannot afford the time to commit to traditional tennis fixture formats.

It is envisioned that this competition will better suit mothers with young children, women who work and university students.

It is expected that the competition will be organised in such a way that it is time efficient and inexpensive.

To find out more about this new proposed competition email moretonview@ bigpond.com or call secretary Kristen on 0417786100.
