WHILE minds have been more on Santa than September, the all-conquering Noosa AFL Tigers have been looking at a “three-peat”.

The Noosa Tigers backed up to win the AFL Queensland Pineapple Hotel Cup Grand Final for the second consecutive year in 2011.

WHILE minds have been more on Santa than September, the all-conquering Noosa AFL Tigers have been looking at a "three-peat".

The boys were back on the track for a pre-season session in preparation for trying to take out a third successive flag.

While critics said back to back titles would be a tough ask, the new boys are prepared to prove the doubters wrong once again in 2012.

For a warm night on the back oval at the pre-season session, there were a few new faces and a few of the regulars sweating it out.

Coach Wayne Fletcher said it would be back to work on Thursday, January 19 at Weyba Rd and the boys had better turn up in reasonable nick as flags were too enjoyable to let poor preparation get in the way.

The team has welcomed Matt May, of southern New South Wales, and Hunter Heath and Quentin Lewis, who were working hard on the track.
