·           Conferring with Land Surveyors, Engineers, Architects, Environmental Specialists, Social Scientists Legal Professions, on development proposals and on behalf of customers;

·           Negotiations with property developers on behalf of clients;

·           Presenting narrative and graphic plans, programs and designs to customers e.g. Lot Layouts (Site Plans);

·           Demand assessment for different kinds of development e.g. medium/high density residential development and commercial development;

·           Compiling and analysing data on economic, legal, political, cultural, demographic, sociological, physical and environmental factors affecting land use;

·           Project Management.
