Federal Community Children’s Centre is a long day care centre that provides care for children 2-5 years of age.
It is located on land traditionally owned by the people of the Widjabul nation. Community members established the preschool after the Federal Public School closed in 1978.
Federal Community Children’s Service is a non-profit community based service.
We aim to partner with parents and the wider community to provide a service where children can experience diverse social, cultural and educational activities in the context of learning through play.
We are rated as exceeding National Quality standards.
