The Herb Lady was founded by Linn Wiggins, who specialises in natural therapies for women and children. Formerly a Registered Nurse, Linn studied Herbal Medicine with Dorothy Hall, obtaining her Diploma of Herbal Medicine 1997. In 2000 she relocated to South East Queensland, founded her successful clinical practice "The Herb Lady" in Pomona, and has been working in the Noosa Hinterland ever since. Linn uniquely combines medicinal herbs with natural supplements, vitamins and flower essences to successfully help you regain your physical and emotional health and wellbeing.
If you have a hormonal imbalance, fertility issues, menstrual difficulties or problems with menopause, Linn can help you. She also assists many women through their pregnancies and with labour, breastfeeding and weaning. As a natural progression, Linn is also experienced in the natural treatment of a wide range of children's health issues.
She is a regular contributor to Nature and Health magazine and was a contributing author to the international best selling book "Bush Flower Healing" by Ian White. Linn is a sought after speaker for groups wanting to access information on natural remedies and teaches her own workshop series on herbs for women and children. One of her passions is to educate women about how to be whole and healthy, and to share this wisdom with the wider community.
Part of her year is spent travelling throughout Australia, North & South America, Asia, UK and Europe in her role as Senior Lecturer for Australian Bush Flower Essences.
Linn is available for private consultations by appointment in Maple St Acupuncture clinic in Cooroy.
