Sabine Lisicki sets world record with 27 aces in a match
GERMANY'S Sabine Lisicki set a new world record of 27 aces in a women's singles match in her 6-1 7-6 victory over Switzerland's Belinda Bencic in the second round of the Aegon Classic.
The previous mark of 24 had been held by world No.1 Serena Williams and Estonia's Kaia Kanepi.
