THE accused mastermind behind a Booval home invasion where a man was fatally shot has appeared in court.

Johanna Maree Harper, 21, was charged in March with seven offences including two counts of armed robbery with violence, assault occasioning bodily harm, and break and enter.

Her co-accused, Joshua Leonard John Watson-Scully, 19, has been charged with similar offences and remains behind bars after being refused bail.

Ms Harper, Mr Watson-Scully and a third person, David Nanai, 26, were among a group who allegedly stormed the Stafford St address in the early hours of March 4.

Mr Nanai was shot and killed during the incident.

Home owner Ben Caffrey, 27, and his partner Jasmine Ockhuysen, 26, sustained minor injuries in the late night attack.

Ms Harper's legal representative sought an adjournment on Wednesday in Ipswich Magistrates Court, which was granted.

Ms Harper remains free on bail, albeit under a host of strict conditions, including a $3000 surety, living with her father at Wacol, reporting to police seven days a week including public holidays, and being subjected to a 8pm-6am curfew.

Ms Harper is also not allowed to have any contact, including via social media, with Mr Caffrey, Ms Ockhuysen or anyone from Nanai's family.

Ms Harper and Mr Watson-Scully's matter will return to court on July 27.

No one has been charged over Nanai's death.
