Accused thieves caught in the act

A 44-YEAR-OLD man is due to front court after allegedly being caught during a break-in at a Buderim home.

Sunshine Coast Criminal Investigation Branch officer Mick Doogue said police caught two men at a Dakara Ct home about 10am on Monday.

Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Doogue said the home was not being lived in at the time.

A 44-year-old Valdora man and a 22-year-old Yandina man were arrested.

The Valdora man was kept in custody to appear in Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

The Yandina man was allowed bail to appear in the same court on November 7.
