BREAKING: Teen hit by car in Cooroy

A TEENAGE boy is being assessed by paramedics in Cooroy after he was hit by a vehicle this afternoon.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said the incident occurred about 3.10pm on Elm Street.

"A male patient in his early teens appears to be stable and is being treated for facial lacerations and pain in his foot” the spokesman said.

He said QAS were on scene and would continue to assess the boy.
