Caitlin's returns to rugby

CAITLIN Wark has a never give up attitude that is holding her in good stead in her passion for rugby union.

The Noosa District State High School Year 12 student competed at the Noosa International Rugby 7s during the season in the open women's Sunshine Coast Stingrays team.

Amazingly, Caitlin had just returned to the sport after rupturing her ACL at the Queensland All Schools titles last year and undergoing a knee reconstruction.

Caitlin put in a strong performance, helping her team to the semi-finals, but the team was unlucky and went down to Country King Browns in a fast, high-impact contest. No doubt Caitlin will have plenty of happy memories of her sporting prowess as she leaves the school grounds forever this week.
