Children connect to Kenya

A NOOSA shire home school group has joined the Rafiki Penpals Program.

The project began in 2012 when Community Classrooms Collaborative's Sam Willcocks and family took 24 letters written by Australian children on the Sunshine Coast to the rural Nyangidi village in Kenya.

Last Wednesday, Ms Willcocks met up with the children at Boreen Point and accepted their letters and gifts to take with her and deliver to the children of Kenya.
