Coach of Falcons tinkers with side

RUGBY LEAGUE: Sunshine Coast Falcons coach Glen Dreger has made seven positional changes to his side following last weekend's 28-20 loss to Mackay.

The cellar-dwelling Falcons take on North Devils at Sunshine Coast Stadium on Saturday in a round-24 clash.

Centre Callum Klein moves to fullback, second-rower Rueben Baillie to the centres and halfback Todd Murphy to lock.

In other changes, Jay Lobwein has been promoted from the bench to the back row, Brett Doherty moves from five-eighth to halfback and Matt Gilliman has been dropped to the bench.

Kyle Van Klaveren comes in at five-eighth.

"I'm glad to be back in the side and have been in and out lately," Van Klaveren said.

"I used to play at six as a junior and enjoy it."
