FAMILY and friends of the Sunshine Coast teen killed in a 'toading' accident said goodbye at his funeral yesterday.

Zeke Douglas, 13, died after being struck in the head with a golf club just over a week ago.

Hundreds of mourners packed a Coast funeral chapel yesterday to farewell Zeke, the Courier Mail reported.

Zeke's family made the heartbreaking decision to switch off his life support in hospital last week, but his grandmother, Jacqui, said on Facebook many other sick children had been given a second chance through Zeke's organ donation.

His grandmother, Jacqui, has told how the Sunshine Coast teenager has given his life "so many other sick children will now have a second chance to live".

School friends from Maroochydore State High School have raised more than $8000 to support Zeke's family.
