Date set for this year’s Originals Music Festival
ORIGINALS festival organisers are remaining tight-lipped about the headline acts but the good news is the all-ages music festival is set for November.
Fans can mark November 5 in their diary and be ready to pounce on tickets when they are released on August 9 at the same time the line up will be announced.
Festival co-organiser Marc Pico is renowned for signing the big acts, The 2016 Big Pineapple was testament to this. Combine that with last year's Originals headline acts Sticky Fingers and international superstars Regurgitator and expectations are high.
"We can't give too much away but this year we have arguably one of Australia's greatest live acts on board as well as a stack of other awesome bands that should keep everybody very happy," Mr Pico said.
"We'll also be incorporating live art installations, free rides all day and a limited amount of camping will be available."
The all-ages festival will be held at the Coolum Sports Complex.
Ticket prices are $55 for adults, $45 for youth and children aged 12 and under are free.
