THE Pomona and District Community house is thrilled to announce that through the goodwill of Unitywater and the Maroochy Neighbourhood Centre, a free mobile shower for the homeless and those in need will be available from the middle of December and into the new year.

Unitywater bought this for the Maroochy Neighbourhood Centre, as a "roving” mobile shower to be used throughout the Sunshine Coast, and the first port of call will be Pomona.

The Community House will partner with Living Hope Op shop, Options 4 U, to deliver the amenity. The shower will be based at Pomona Community House/Options 4 U.

Once installed the shower will be available during Options 4 U hours.
