Soward done with Dragons and off to London for now

UNWANTED Dragons halfback Jamie Soward has been granted an immediate release to UK Super League club London Broncos.

Soward, who has fallen out with the club and dropped from recent games, will play out the rest of this season in London, before joining the Penrith Panthers next year.

Dragons officials confirmed they have agreed to a release with Soward's manager Sam Ayoub.

"After consultation with the coaching staff, the Dragons Board determined that granting the early release requested by Jamie and his management was in the best interests of both parties," Dragons chief executive Peter Doust said in a statement.
