Kanye West fears drones could kill his daughter

KANYE West thinks that paparazzi-controlled drones could fly over his home and accidentally electrocute his daughter.

The extreme omission is part of his court deposition in the lawsuit filed by photographer Daniel Ramos, who alleged that the rapper attacked him at Los Angeles in July 2013. West was sentenced to two years' probation, 250 hours community service and anger management sessions over the incident.

The transcript of the deposition was obtained by TMZ.

He fears that his one-year-old daughter, North West, could be killed by the paparazzi as she learns to swim in their private pool.

"Is your daughter stalked by like drones? Are there drones flying where she's trying to learn how to swim at age 1?" he asked Ramos' lawyer, Nate Goldberg.

"Could it fall and hit her if that paparazzi doesn't understand how to remote control the drone over their house?"

He goes onto explain that he and wife Kim Kardashian are selling their Bel Air mansion because of concerns about paparazzi access.

Then comes another tired example of his infamous ego.

"I'm the smartest celebrity you've ever f**king dealt with. I'm not Britney Spears," he continued, referring to the singer, who suffered from a mental health breakdown in 2008.

"I'm in the business of trying to make dope s**t for the world. You're in the business of representing scums and trying to make as much money as long as there's this lapse in the law."
