Monogrammed goods now available on Coast

A NEW Birtinya business has brought a sophisticated Sydney vibe to Coast women's wardrobes.

Launched last weekend, Miss Monogram is the brain child of 2012 Sunshine Coast Young Business Woman of the Year, Natalie Tink.

Miss Monogram is an online store specialising in individual monogrammed pieces that allows women to completely personalise their accessories.

Mrs Tink, who also owns Coast to Coast Media and My Real Estate Voice said she saw a gap in the market for the product.

"Being surrounded by so many dynamic and inspiring women on the Sunshine Coast, I knew that all these women like myself have incredible pride in their name,” she said.

"I wanted to create a brand that would let them incorporate that into their everyday style.”

The launch party on the weekend was attended by many inspiring Coast women, including Sunshine Coast Council Mayoress Lorrell Jamieson accompanied by Mayor Mark Jamieson.

Mr Jamieson said it's important for entrepreneurs of the Sunshine Coast to be encouraged to pursue their goals.

"It really is an amazing place, the Sunshine Coast, to encourage entrepreneurs to do what Nat and Brad are doing with Miss Monogram,” he said.

"Establishing a strong foundation and showing the world what the Sunshine Coast is capable of.

"Smart, healthy and creative - that's what we want to be.”

Mr Jamieson said businesses like Miss Monogram help to inspire other businesses on the Coast.
