No word on Queensland political investigations

THE Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and investigators are remaining tight-lipped on the progress made in several high profile political investigations.

The ODPP, Queensland Police and the Crime and Corruption Commission have been investigating, at least, Scott Driscoll, figures involved in 'Flegg tapes' and CCC acting chair Ken Levy since early this year.

No charges have been laid in any of the three cases.

The business dealings of former Redcliffe MP, Mr Driscoll, whose wife Emma has been charged with more than a dozen fraud related charges, has been under investigation since late last year.

The Opposition referred a matter involving Ken Levy, the acting chair of the Crime and Corruption Commission to Queensland Police in May.
