VIDEO: CCTV captures bandits fleeing servo

SURVEILLANCE footage has been released as police continue their hunt for two failed robbers who attempted to hold-up a service station in Camira on Friday.

The men entered the Old Logan Road store at 12.45am, with one thought to be carrying a firearm.

The footage shows one man pause at the entry while he waits for an accomplice.

As his partner arrives, the pair pull down their masks and head inside.

The attendant noticed the men and locked himself in an office room.

Confronted with a computer screen behind security wires, the pair appear to panic and flee.

The male attendant was not physically injured during the robbery.

Both men are described as being Caucasian in appearance and of average height.

Investigations are continuing.
