Puppy love at Australia Zoo

THEY don't come much cuter than this.

Meet Australia Zoo's newest residents - three alpine dingo pups who have taken up residence just in time for the school holidays.

Jira, Archie and Eve are little pups with big personalities and are already delighting zoo visitors with their playful antics.

Australia Zoo keepers Erin Berry and Becky-Jo Quinn have their hands full with the youngsters but say they wouldn't have it any other way.

The seven-week-old siblings are originally from Bargo Dingo Sanctuary in NSW and have been named after outstanding indigenous Australians.

Eve is named after a local Gubbi-Gubbi elder Eve Fessel, Archie is named after singer Archie Roach and Jira is named after Albert Namatjira, the famous painter.
