Sneaking into spring: Put the best foot forward this season
There are so many reasons why we obsess over shoes, each pair has a personality of their own, they can transform the way we feel, and every woman knows they will make or break an outfit.
Well, ladies, spring is well and truly here, the weather is warmer and social season is underway, our frocks are frolicking out of the wardrobe and we are beginning to be a little more flirtatious with our footwear.
Or are we?
Seems to me while we are still obsessed with any shoes ever made, the last year has bought with it a desire for simplicity, so it should come as no surprise that after sneaking their way through winter our go-to shoe for spring is a snappy pair of sneakers.
This is good news if ever there was a pair of shoes that needn’t come with directions on how to wear them and with what, it’s these. A snug pair of sneakers will add freshness to any ensemble and they suit absolutely everything and almost all occasions, black tie being one of the exceptions but we don’t see too many of these events in full swing at the moment, so love your feet and swing into spring with a sweet pair of sneaks.
Ready to say hello to your new favourite shoe? Here’s what I’ve found for you!
