Spray booth fraud accused matters in court

A MAN accused of ripping off a customer of his spray booth business has had his charges mentioned in Maroochydore District Court.

Dimitrios Pagonidis is charged with four counts of fraud, including one for a value of more than $30,000.

He is accused of running a commercial spray booth business from Noosaville which allegedly failed to deliver a spray booth to a customer.

Pagonidis' lawyers on Monday asked for a three-week adjournment after there had been an issue obtaining material for the case.

His matters were adjourned until the next criminal call-over.
