RUGBY LEAGUE: Tickets are on sale for next year's highly-anticipated NRL pre-season trial at Sunshine Coast Stadium.
A bumper crowd is expected for the February 11 clash, involving Melbourne Storm and New Zealand Warriors.
The match is expected to be the first held at the revamped stadium, which is undergoing a $2.5 million upgrade to boost its capacity to 10,000.
Spectators will also be able to see an LED big screen for replays, information and live action.
The match is set to kick-off at 5pm but there is plenty more action on the day, with and Intrust Super Cup pre-season trial involving the Sunshine Coast Falcons and the Redcliffe Dolphins.
The two teams met in this year's state league preliminary final, which the Dolphins won.
The Melbourne Storm's National Youth Championship under-20 side, which is based on the Sunshine Coast, will take on the Sunshine Coast Falcons Colts under-20 side.
Ticket prices start at $20 for adults, $10 for children (under-18) and $55 for a family of four.
There is also a fan package available for $150 that includes reserved grandstand seating, pre and post VIP tent access, the opportunity to meet players, a ticket to the Falcons' first home game of 2017, nibbles and a 90-minute pre-game drinks package plus a Melbourne Storm cap.
Tickets can be purchased from the Sunshine Coast Stadium website.
The matches will played on the same weekend as the Sunshine Coast Lightning's Suncorp Super Netball trials against Southern Steel.
