Surfing: Pressure packed second round for Keely and Stoyle
SURFING: It was a tough first hit-out for Coast products Dimity Stoyle and Keely Andrew, with both forced to prepare for a pressure-packed second round of the Fiji Women's Pro.
Both Stoyle and Andrew were unable to secure safe passage to the third round, dipping out to Carissa Moore and Courtney Conlogue respectively during their round one heats.
Defending champ and fellow Aussie Sally Fitzgibbons will join the local girls in the elimination round scheduled to get under way this morning in what looked to be a building swell.
Stoyle faces French gun Johanne Defay in the final heat, while Andrew will have to outmanoeuvre Hawaiian Malia Manuel in heat four to slip into the next round of the competition.
