Terri Irwin and Russell Crowe are in a relationship and are "talking marriage" reports say.

The Daily Mail is reporting the rumours from New Idea as, according to the magazine, the pair are looking to go public with their relationship.

The media outlet also reports that Terri doesn't want to hide their relationship anymore.

The magazine says a source close to Terri said, "You can totally tell they're into each other and have been for a very long time."

"Obviously Russ has been through a lot of pain because of how much he loved Danielle and Terri relates to that because she's struggled to find anyone who's matched up to Steve.

"This is a big reason they're so compatible - they're on the same wavelength about never expecting to find true love again."

Representatives of Australia Zoo denied the rumours, telling the Daily Mail, "all of these reports are completely false."

"Terri and Russell are not dating and are certainly not planning a wedding."

Terrir recently marked the tenth anniversary of Steve Irwin's passing.

Terri Irwin said she got particularly excited every November 15 to put on the uniform and help continue Steve's message.

"Steve Irwin Day is such an incredible event that we hold each year together in honour of Steve, celebrating everything he was so passionate about - family, conservation and having fun," Terri said.

"He touched the lives of so many people and his important message of conservation is something everyone can be passionate about.

"Steve Irwin Day is all about remembering his message and the incredible man he was by taking on the khaki colour and attitude."
